Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in design, site supervision and construction management of major infrastructure projects.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in computer software and data handling for engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in supervising road and infrastructure construction.
• Coordinate with design engineers and the supervision team to resolve issues.
• Review shop drawings, design proposals and method statements; prepare replies for review.
• Maintain records, diaries and daily reports; ensure safety practices at site.
• Assist in coordination with contractors, inspectors and service authorities.
