Parsons in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer to support supervision of major road, bridge, utility, and infrastructure works. You will coordinate site supervision activities, monitor contractor performance, review submissions, and ensure compliance with specifications, quality, safety, and project schedules.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in site supervision and construction management for road and infrastructure projects.
- Experience with road and bridge construction.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing supervision activities on large-scale infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong construction supervision and site coordination capabilities.
- Must be available in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Supervise roads, infrastructure, utilities, bridges, and related works.
- Coordinate daily activities with engineers and supervision team.
- Review contractor submissions and shop drawings.
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved requirements.
- Coordinate with service authorities and design engineers.
- Maintain project records and daily diaries.
- Assist with handover of utility works.
