Job summary

Hilton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Assistant Recreation Manager to lead daily recreation operations and deliver memorable hospitality experiences for guests. You will oversee the Fitness Centre, Spa, pools and related facilities, ensuring service and safety standards are met.

You will drive team performance, support recruitment and training, and contribute to membership sales and promotions while maintaining Hilton's standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience, with 3+ years in recreation/spa/fitness operations
• Knowledge of health club, spa operations and services
• Fluent English communication with guests and colleagues
• Ability to train and develop team while maintaining high standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee recreation operations across fitness centre, spa, pools and facilities.
• Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, and coaching of the recreation team.
• Enhance guest experiences by developing engaging fitness and recreation programmes.
• Support membership sales, promotions and cost control to improve profitability.
• Maintain facilities and ensure safety, cleanliness and quality standards.
• Uphold Hilton brand standards and health and safety procedures.
