Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Welcome guests with in a warm, professional, and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with towels, sunbeds, umbrellas, and recreational equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipate their needs whenever possible, and resolve concerns efficiently and courteously to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment:clean and maintain pools and beach area, including furniture, showers, cabanas, and other surrounding spaces.
• Manage towel supply:collect used towels, restock clean ones, and monitor inventory to minimize loss.
• Monitor facility usage:observe pool activity, identify potential hazards, and address or report issues promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, hotel standards and enforces facility rules when required.
• Working closely and effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive team environment.
