Job summary

Hilton Dubai is seeking an Assistant Recreation Manager to supervise the Fitness Centre, Spa, pools and recreational facilities, delivering memorable guest experiences every day. You will lead the recreation team, assist with recruitment, training and performance management, and ensure smooth operations in line with Hilton standards.

This role focuses on guest engagement, driving membership sales, maintaining facilities and safety, and upholding the brand's exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience in recreation, spa, fitness or health club operations.
• Strong knowledge of recreation, health club and spa operations and related products.
• Fluent written and spoken English with effective communication.
• Ability to train, lead, coach and develop team members to high performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recreation operations: oversee Fitness Centre, Spa, pools and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead the recreation team: assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching and performance management.
• Enhance guest & member experiences: anticipate needs, build relationships and develop engaging programmes.
• Drive business performance: support memberships, promotions, marketing initiatives and cost control.
• Maintain facilities & resources: ensure equipment, supplies and inventory meet quality and safety standards.
• Uphold Hilton standards & compliance: follow brand standards, safety procedures and professional communication.
