Jumeirah Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi invites an Assistant Recreation Manager to lead sports and leisure facilities, oversee staff, programming, and guest service excellence across a luxury hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and 3–5 years’ experience in recreation or leisure operations within luxury hospitality, with strong leadership and operational budgeting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in recreation or leisure operations within luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in overall management of sports and leisure facilities, including staffing, programming and facility maintenance.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to standards.
• Foster positive guest and member relationships, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Collaborate to develop innovative sports and recreational programs and events.
• Oversee facility maintenance, health, safety and aesthetics.
