Job summary

Rotana Hotels in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Recreation Supervisor to oversee the club’s facilities and staff in the absence of the Assistant Recreation Manager. You will ensure health club standards, safety, cleanliness and guest service align with our brand.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma/degree in sports or leisure, are fluent in English, and can contribute to sales by solving problems and delivering exceptional customer care. Computer literacy is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in sports or leisure is preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to contribute to sales activities and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Daily briefing with Recreation Manager and staff.
• Enforce club rules and regulations.
• Update and develop SOPs for all work areas and ensure staff training.
• Understand facilities, memberships and services offered.
• Implement cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Ensure club is clean, safe and properly set up.
• Ensure guest adherence to club rules and regulations.
• Prepare weekly duty roster.
