Dubai Holding LLC seeks a Recreation Manager to lead the Sports & Leisure team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai. You will oversee pools, watersports, clubs, events, and guest experiences, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards across all facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a results-driven mindset to manage large teams while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction in a premium resort setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing sports and leisure operations in a large 5-star resort.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with large teams.
• Organized, commercially focused and able to work under pressure.
• Technologically proficient and guest-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple resort leisure facilities and programs, ensuring guest engagement.
• Manages daily operations and staffing within Sports & Leisure, including scheduling and maintenance follow-ups.
• Leads team development with regular trainings, coaching, and appraisals.
• Coordinates cross-department initiatives and guest feedback handling for seamless collaboration.
• Handles SOP updates, membership sales, market research, and Duty Manager duties when needed.
