Job summary

THE CODE FOR DECORATION DESIGN FIT OUT is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Dubai to prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs, while monitoring costs to keep projects within budget. You will evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts, prepare interim valuations, and review contracts and subcontractor agreements.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants, conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities, and ensure adherence to contractual and financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE.
• Proven experience working mainly in fit-out or construction in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge and understanding in AutoCAD drawings.
