Job summary

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Purchasing Manager to support sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management across our luxury hotel operations. This role requires a detail-oriented procurement professional with a passion for hospitality and a proactive mindset.

In this role you will negotiate pricing and contracts, manage supplier relationships, monitor stock levels, and ensure policy compliance.
