Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to support the Purchasing Manager in sourcing, supplier management, and inventory controls for luxury hotel operations. You will collaborate with Receiving, Storeroom, Finance, and cost control teams to ensure efficient procurement that aligns with brand standards and HACCP requirements.

The role emphasizes vendor negotiations, accuracy in purchasing records, and timely reporting.

Qualificações

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within hospitality or similar industry.
• Strong attention to detail, cost control, and policy compliance.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and procurement administration.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily procurement operations by sourcing and coordinating delivery of goods and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers and identify alternative sources.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and storage practices to minimize waste.
• Prepare quotations, price comparisons, bid analyses, and purchasing reports for decision making.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, HACCP requirements, and standards.
