Al Ain Consulting Engineers LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project administration and coordination in Abu Dhabi. The role emphasizes cross-disciplinary collaboration, progress tracking, and timely reporting to ensure project milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture or Civil Engineering and 2–5 years in engineering consultancy, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years of engineering consultancy experience with at least 2 years in project coordination or assistant project management.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and good report design skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day administration and management of the project.
• Ensure actions and decisions are recorded and followed up.
• Prepare MOMs for project meetings and distribute to attendees.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design projects from concept through tender/IFC stages.
• Monitor design progress and ensure project requirements are addressed.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring project programmes and design schedules.
• Prepare progress updates and highlight critical issues to the Project Manager.
• Maintain project records and ensure timely flow of information among stakeholders.
