Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Architectural Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee construction supervision projects and lead a team of architects and engineers. The role requires a strong background in architecture and construction management with a proven track record on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities include project management, design coordination, construction supervision, client liaison, team leadership, quality control, documentation, and proactive problem solving to ensure safety and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage construction supervision projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with project specifications.
• Construction Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites ensuring adherence to safety protocols and construction standards.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of architects engineers and construction professionals fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Documentation: Prepare and review project documentation including reports drawings and specifications.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
