Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in design coordination or construction projects.
• Experience working on large-scale mixed-use or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with design management processes and construction coordination.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for design-related coordination.
• Attend regular site meetings and coordinate with contractors on design matters.
• Maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Monitor design implementation and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Support quality assurance processes related to design and construction.
