Job summary

Parsons in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (UAE National) to provide direction and management for small to medium projects, ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget in line with contractual obligations.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will coordinate with design teams and external stakeholders, use CAD and other PC software, and communicate effectively in writing and speech to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering and project management activity.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete variety of project management tasks such as internal coordination within project design team for timely submission of the contracted deliverables.
• Coordinate with external project stakeholders, arrange and attend project meetings and follow up and monitor project progress.
• Seek quotations, conduct technical and commercial assessments, and prepares requisitions for sub-contractors.
• Prepare project progress meetings and project progress reports.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
