Job summary

Parsons in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. You will provide day-to-day project management support, coordinating stakeholders and tracking progress to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with budget and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with infrastructure projects exposure.
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
Working knowledge of CAD and proficiency in MS Office and common project management tools are expected.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Director with internal coordination across engineering and support teams and coordination with external stakeholders as required.
Arrange, attend, and minute project meetings; track actions to closure and monitor progress.
Prepare subcontractor requisitions and coordinate with subcontractors during task execution.
Prepare progress updates, reports, and presentations to support management reporting.
Maintain trackers, documentation, and records to support smooth project delivery.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
