Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC seeks an experienced MEP Site Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in day-to-day site execution. You will interface across HVAC, electrical and plumbing trades, review shop drawings, and resolve clashes with civil structures to maintain schedule.

Responsibilities include readiness for DEWA SEWA or DCD inspections and coordinating material tracking with subcontractors. 11+ years of UAE/GCC MEP contracting experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MOFA attested).
• 11+ years MEP experience in UAE/GCC projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate daily site execution across HVAC, electrical and plumbing trades to achieve daily production targets
• Technical Interface Resolution:
  • Review coordinated shop drawings and resolve physical site clashes between MEP disciplines and civil structures
• Authority Inspection Readiness:
  • Prepare site areas for preliminary checks prior to formal DEWA SEWA or DCD authority inspections
• Subcontractor Material Tracking:
  • Coordinate with specialized MEP subcontractors and expedite site material availability

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (attested with MOFA); 11+ years MEP experience.
• Required Industry & Project Background: 11–15 years in MEP contracting in UAE/GCC covering high-rise towers, luxury gated communities, or infrastructure.
