MERAKI INTERIORS DECORATION LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Senior Manager to lead design and deployment of MEP systems for high-end projects. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration, supervise installation and commissioning, and drive schedules, budgets, and compliance across multiple fit-out sites.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in MEP management, with LEED AP or PMP preferred, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in MEP management within fit-out, construction, engineering sectors.
• Professional certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale MEP projects from conception to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of MEP systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects and other engineers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of MEP systems ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
• Prepare MEP execution strategies, work schedules, manpower plans, material procurement schedules and project budgets.
• Attend project progress meetings and provide updates on technical issues, procurement, costs and site progress.
• Review MEP design drawings, specifications, BOQs and contract requirements before execution.
• Manage multiple projects or fit-out sites simultaneously where required.
• Review and approve within delegated authority shop drawings, material submittals, technical submittals and method statements.
• Manage Authority inspections DEWA, DCD, SIRA ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, installation quality and progress.
• Coordinate MEP design submissions, technical approvals, inspections and completion certificates with the relevant authorities.
• Ensure MEP activities comply with the project HSE plan and applicable safety requirements.
