Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC seeks a senior MEP Project Leader to direct end-to-end execution of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting and electrical works in high-end UAE/GCC projects. You will ensure alignment with approved drawings and BIM models and drive inspections for official authorities.

The role requires 15+ years of MEP experience with Tier-1 contractors, and preference for candidates with DEWA/SEWA/DCD approvals in luxury villas, gated communities or towers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (attested).
• 15+ years MEP experience in UAE/GCC.
• DEWA/SEWA/DCD approvals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all mechanical HVAC plumbing fire fighting and electrical site installations in alignment with drawings and BIM models.
• Lead inspections and technical submissions to achieve DEWA SEWA and DCD approvals and certificates.
• Formulate rolling look-ahead programs, resolve inter-trade clashes, verify progress valuations, and substantiate variation claims.
• Enforce MEP ITT/ITP quality and HSE governance and ensure zero LTI on site.

Direct end-to-end execution of complex MEP engineering packages from mobilization through testing, statutory authority clearance DEWA SEWA DCD and final handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Project Technical Execution Direct all mechanical HVAC plumbing fire fighting and electrical site installations in full alignment with approved engineering drawings and BIM models
• Authority Compliance Lead inspections and technical submissions to achieve DEWA SEWA and Civil Defence DCD testing energization and building completion certificates
• Milestone Commercial Control Formulate rolling look-ahead programs resolve inter-trade clashes verify progress valuations and substantiate variation claims
• Quality HSE Governance Enforce strict implementation of MEP Inspection Test Plans ITPs and ensure zero LTI on site

Educational & Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (attested with MOFA); 15+ years MEP experience; DEWA/SEWA/DCD approvals preferred.

Required Industry & Project Background

15–20 years with Tier-1 MEP contractors in UAE/GCC delivering luxury villas, gated communities, high-rise towers, and infrastructure.
