Job summary

Genesis Middle East & Africa (GMEA) seeks an Assistant Marketing Manager to drive performance, support distributors, and accelerate Genesis’ growth across the MEA region from Dubai. You will lead regional campaigns, manage digital ecosystems, and coordinate cross‑functionally with HQ and partners to deliver impactful launches.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive/digital marketing, fluency in English and Arabic, and a bachelor’s degree; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related job experience.
• Automotive industry and digital marketing experience preferred.
• Fluent English and Arabic required.
• French is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the regional marketing strategy across markets with alignment to global brand direction.
• Coordinate with HQ, Sales, Product, Service and distributors to deliver cohesive launches.
• Manage digital ecosystems, websites, CRM touchpoints, and performance platforms.
• Identify and activate sponsorships to boost brand visibility and ROI.
• Provide strategic marketing support and governance to distributors.
