Genesis Middle East & Africa (GMEA) is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive performance, support distributors, and accelerate Genesis’ success across the MEA region. The role focuses on executing the Sales Business Plan, analyzing market performance, and guiding distributors to achieve objectives, with emphasis on robust planning and reporting.

• Minimum 7 years of related job experience.
• Automotive industry experience preferred (OEM).
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken); Arabic excellence required.
• Attested bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales performance growth in the MEA region.
• Guide and support distributors to achieve objectives.
• Optimize business planning, analysis and reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate sales data in CRM/system and update dashboards.
• Prepare and present performance dashboards and reports.
• Visit markets to assess operating standards and support expansion.
