Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the UAE (Abu Dhabi) is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to ethically detail our medical nutrition products to healthcare professionals, clearly communicating their benefits and appropriate use.

You will manage an assigned territory, gather market intelligence, plan visits, promote Nestlé’s values, support continuing education, and maintain accurate activity records while ensuring compliance with WHO guidelines and local codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of pharmaceutical Science / Medicine / Nutrition / Biology or similar degree.
• 2-4 years of experience as a medical delegate UAE.
• Experience in pediatric line (Private Sector) is a must.
• Owns a car and a valid driver’s license.
• Very good to fluent English.

• Market intelligence: Monitor, collect and analyze information about Medical Nutrition market, products, competitors, healthcare systems and customers.
• Territory Management: Segment prospects, define territories, develop plans, schedule visits and plan routes for effective coverage.
• Communication: Promote Nestlé’s products and provide information on medical nutrition practices to healthcare professionals to differentiate our value offers.
• Supporting: Manage requests of the healthcare system to provide better services to patients and develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and Institutions.
• Reporting: Maintain proper records of data and field activity outcomes for data-driven decisions.
• Ensure strict adherence to the WHO Code and Nestlé instructions and local country codes.

• Market intelligence: Monitor, collect and analyze information and data about Medical Nutrition market, Industry, products, competitors, healthcare systems (healthcare professionals and Institutions), vendors (Pharmacies and retails) and customers to support business decisions
• Territory Management: Segment prospects (healthcare professionals, healthcare Institutions and pharmacies), define territories, develop plans, schedule visits and plan route to ensure effective and efficient territory coverage
• Communication: Promote Nestlé’s purpose, values and principles and deliver information on medical nutrition practices to healthcare professionals to differentiate our value offers from competitors and ensure advocacy towards Nestle benefit platforms, products and services
• Supporting: Manage the requests of the healthcare system to provide better services to patients (continuing medical education and equipment) to develop long-term, sustainable and responsible relationships with Healthcare professionals and Institutions
• Reporting: Maintain proper records of data and field activity outcomes to maintain evidence of activities and decisions and ensure relevant and accurate data analysis
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
