Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Medical Sales Representative in the UAE (Abu Dhabi region) to ethically detail products and drive territory coverage. You will communicate product information to healthcare professionals, support educational initiatives, and build long-term professional relationships with institutions.

The role requires 2–4 years of UAE medical delegation experience, pediatric exposure, a valid driver’s license, and excellent English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in pharmaceutical sciences/medicine/nutrition/biology or similar.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
• 2–4 years of experience as a medical delegate in UAE.
• Experience in pediatric line (Private Sector) is a must.
• Owning a car and a driver’s license is a must.
• Very good to Fluent English.

• Market intelligence: Monitor, collect and analyze information about Medical Nutrition market and competitors to support decisions.
• Territory Management: segment prospects, define territories, schedule visits and route planning for coverage.
• Communication: promote Nestlé’s values and deliver information on medical nutrition to healthcare professionals to differentiate our offers.
• Supporting: manage healthcare system requests to improve services and develop relationships.
• Reporting: maintain records of data and field activity outcomes and analyze data.
• Adherence: ensure compliance with WHO Code and Nestlé policies.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for the ethical detailing of Nestlé Health Science products in assigned territory by clearly communicating accurate information about these products, their features and benefits and their appropriate use. MSR is responsible for achieving company objectives in the assigned territory .

A day in the life of...

• Market intelligence: Monitor, collect and analyze information and data about Medical Nutrition market, Industry, products, competitors, healthcare systems (healthcare professionals and Institutions), vendors (Pharmacies and retails) and customers to support business decisions

• Territory Management: Segment prospects (healthcare professionals, healthcare Institutions and pharmacies), define territories, develop plans, schedule visits and plan route to ensure effective and efficient territory coverage

• Communication: Promote Nestlé’s purpose, values and principles and deliver information on medical nutrition practices to healthcare professionals to differentiate our value offers from competitors and ensure advocacy towards Nestle benefit platforms, products and services

• Supporting: Manage the requests of the healthcare system to provide better services to patients (continuing medical education and equipment) to develop long-term, sustainable and responsible relationships with Healthcare professionals and Institutions

• Reporting: Maintain proper records of data and field activity outcomes to maintain evidence of activities and decisions and ensure relevant and accurate data analysis

• Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
