Job summary

Atlantis The Royal, part of Kerzner International, seeks an Assistant Manager for Cloud 22 to support the Operations Manager in running a premium dining service. You will train and develop team members, coordinate shifts, enforce SOPs, and help control costs while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in luxury hotels, prior international exposure, and strong leadership with a hands-on approach under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel or similar role.
• Previous international experience is preferred.
• Experience leading and developing front-of-house teams in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members and coordinate employee schedules.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies and procedures.
