Kerzner International Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager Laundry for Atlantis The Palm in Dubai. You will support daily guest laundry operations and uphold Forbes standards in pickup and delivery, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position within a luxury property.

You will ensure the guest laundry pick up and delivery process are carried out according to the FORBES standards by conducting quality checks.

You will be expected to demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and the willingness to learn various areas of resort operations.
