Job summary

Emirates Islamic is seeking an Assistant Manager for FX & Cash Management Sales to partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury and Product teams. The role focuses on delivering tailored FX, payments, and digital cash-management solutions while driving activation and revenue.

The candidate should have a 4–6 year banking background in UAE/GCC, with 3+ years in FX sales or transaction banking, and strong English communication (Arabic preferred).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or related field.
• ACT-CertICM certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify FX and cash-management opportunities.
• Promote adoption of digital platforms (Smart Trade, host-to-host integration, cheque scanning).
• Lead onboarding, training and activation for cash-management services; coordinate with Product/IT/Operations.
• Ensure solutions comply with Shariah, regulatory, AML and risk standards; provide feedback to product/treasury.
• Monitor revenue, pipeline and MIS; track digital cash-management adoption and service quality.
• Coach Relationship Managers on transactional banking capabilities and sales tools.
