Job summary

IFZA Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the Shared Services Center's accounting and tax practice. You will supervise a growing team, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive process improvements across reporting, compliance, and client communications.

Responsibilities include coordinating accounting reports, tax filings, audits, and onboarding of new clients while maintaining strong relationships with licensees. Fluency in English and IFRS expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/ACCA with IFRS knowledge and UAE tax awareness.
• 7–8 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in people management.
• Strong communication, process improvement, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the accounting and tax practice.
• Supervise a team, provide guidance, training and performance feedback.
• Coordinate preparation and review of accounting reports and tax filings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain client relations.
• Support onboarding of new clients and cross-department initiatives.
