Job summary

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is seeking an Assistant Laundry Manager to support daily operations in our luxury hotel laundry and linen services, ensuring all guest laundry, hotel linen, uniforms, and textiles meet the highest standards.

You will supervise the laundry team, coordinate with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage, monitor equipment, implement quality and safety standards, and assist with training and cost-control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of laundry experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial laundry operations, fabric care, and use of laundry chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Laundry Manager in daily operations of the hotel laundry department.
• Supervise laundry team members and ensure efficient workflow and high productivity.
• Monitor washing, drying, pressing, folding, and distribution of hotel linen and uniforms.
