Job summary

Home Centre Landmark group in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager – Human Resources to lead HR operations, recruitment, engagement, and analytics for a multi-location retail concept. The role reports to the Senior Manager – Human Resources and requires travel across locations.

The candidate should possess a Master’s degree in HR and 6–8 years of relevant experience, with strong communication, leadership, and project-management skills. Fluency in English and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree/MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed university.
• 6–8 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in retail.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and business operations.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and strong team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own HR operations and compliance for the concept population, including contracts and records.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and HR project coordination across locations.
• Lead employee engagement, relations programs, and exit interviews to identify retention risks.
• Maintain live headcount plans, dashboards, and quarterly manpower summaries.
• Coordinate HR projects, SOPs, and communications with cross-functional teams.
