Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee restaurant operations across multiple concepts, ensuring consistent, exceptional guest experiences and leading a high-performing team. You will manage training, staffing, food and labor costs, and P&L responsibilities while upholding brand standards and company policies.

Candidates should have at least 6 years in hospitality, with 3 in a leadership role, strong financial acumen, energy, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Hospitality, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent understanding of cost control and P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Train, motivate and retain the team; monitor food cost, labor cost and staffing plans.
