Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm, a Kerzner International resort in Dubai, seeks an Assistant General Manager for its F&B outlets. You will work with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure outstanding guest experience, and drive service excellence across training, cost control, and P&L management.

The ideal candidate has at least six years in hospitality, with three in leadership, high energy, strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proven ability to motivate teams and manage

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years in Hospitality, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
High energy with a positive approach to building relationships and overcoming challenges.
Results-driven, able to adapt, and capable of leading with clear expectations.
Strong understanding of financials and ability to operate within brand policies and systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee all areas of service within the restaurant.
Lead training, motivate and retain the team.
Monitor food cost and labour cost.
Assume P&L responsibility and staffing planning.
Ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
