Jumeirah Al Naseem seeks an Assistant Engineering Manager (Engineering) to join from October 2026, coordinating preventive maintenance, strategy planning, and staff development. Lead operations for luxury properties and ensure cost-effective engineering solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and budget utilization.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of engineering staff.
• Handle escalated technical issues and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.

About the Job
