Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Document Controller to support construction projects in Sharjah.

You will log incoming and outgoing transmittals, coordinate printing and stamping of drawings, file hard copies, and upload scanned documents to designated project folders. Requirements include a high school diploma (or diploma) and 2+ years of UAE construction document control experience; familiarity with EDMS and tracking spreadsheets is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in construction document control support.
• Experience with EDMS and tracking spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Log transmittals and submittals into tracking spreadsheets and EDMS.
• Coordinate printing, plotting, and stamping of issued-for-construction drawings.
• File hard copies of WIRs, MIRs and consultant letters in labeled binders.
• Scan inspection documents and certificates, uploading them to project server folders.

Drawing Plotting Stamping

• Coordinate printing and plotting of approved shop drawings apply controlled ISSUED FOR CONSTRUCTION stamps

Physical Filing

• File hard copies of approved WIRs MIRs and consultant letters in labeled project lever-arch binders

Scanning Digital Archiving

• Scan signed inspection documents and test certificates uploading them to designated project server folders

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Diploma; 2+ years experience in construction document control support.

Required Industry & Project Background

• 2–4 years in UAE construction site document control support.
