Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in business administration, finance, or healthcare management.
• Proven experience in clinical operations, procurement and finance/accounting.
• Dermatology clinic experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the supply chain for medical supplies and consumables.
• Monitor stock levels, process purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Evaluate product quality and maintain accurate procurement records, invoices and vendor details.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure appropriate storage and inventory control.
• Conduct stock closing in accordance with clinic policies.
• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly costs and revenues.
• Calculate monthly commissions for doctors and nurses.
• Oversee daily invoice closing by the front desk team and provide support when required.
• Manage petty cash and identify opportunities to improve resource utilisation.
• Support the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations.
• Coordinate daily workflows, staff activities and the implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
• Arrange regular maintenance of medical equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and applicable healthcare requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding regulatory requirements and operational matters.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous operational improvement.
