Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of luxury retail experience.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or Assistant Boutique Manager role.
• Experience within luxury watches, jewelry or other luxury retail sectors is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day boutique operations and brand standards.
• Lead with luxury service, clienteling and bespoke experiences for VIP clients.
• Coordinate private appointments, CRM activity and event participation.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and daily performance feedback.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with Marketing and CRM on client activation initiatives.
