Job summary

Keolis.MHI seeks a Rolling stock Engineer to safeguard Dubai Metro asset performance. You will provide engineering support across rolling stock and depot, driving performance improvements and investigations within Engineering & Maintenance.

You will serve as an engineering focal point for asset performance analysis and change management, ensuring safety and reliability. The role requires strong technical acumen, data analysis, and the ability to develop documentation, dashboards, and reports to

Qualifications

Experience with RAMS processes and FRACAS.
Experience in asset planning and maintenance development.
Ability to analyze large data sets and translate to actionable insights.
Familiarity with ISO 55000 asset management standards and lifecycle thinking.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support strategic investment planning with engineering input and data-driven justifications.
Align asset improvements with long-term objectives and standards.
Lead technical investigations related to assets and interfaces (Power, ATC, systems).
Drive obsolescence management strategies for rolling stock components.
Analyse asset performance data and support lifecycle and change management processes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and data models.
