Job summary

KEOLIS Limited in Dubai seeks a Rolling Stock Senior Engineer to be the lead technical authority for Dubai Metro’s rolling stock assets and depots. You will drive asset improvement programs, oversee technical investigations, and sponsor change management across rolling stock interfaces while ensuring compliance with railway safety standards.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, development of advanced data models and dashboards, and leadership of engineering governance within E&M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related discipline.
• Experience in system engineering roles within rolling stock depots or related interfaces.
• Ability to develop and interpret large data sets and manage competing priorities.
• Understanding of safety management systems and QHSE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives engineering strategies aligned with organizational objectives and international rail standards.
• Leads complex engineering investigations, trend analysis, and system performance assessments.
• Sponsors and manages change processes for asset modifications and new technologies.
• Leads cross-functional engineering initiatives with organization-wide impact.
• Provides technical governance for rolling stock modifications and lifecycle management.
• Supports reliability-centered maintenance and data-driven asset management.
