Job summary

Dubai Metro is seeking a Senior Rolling Stock Engineer to act as the technical authority for asset performance and lifecycle integrity. You will drive asset improvement programs, lead investigations, and sponsor change management across rolling stock and depots, interfacing with multiple stakeholders.

The role requires mastery of RAMS, FRACAS, and data-driven decision making, plus strong leadership to mentor engineers and ensure governance across projects and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related fields.
• Experience in Rolling stock, RAMS, FRB, and Change Management.
• Strong data interpretation and large data sets handling.
• Excellent presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with competing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety management systems and QHSE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex engineering investigations and trend analysis across assets.
• Drives lifecycle management and asset improvement programs.
• Interfaces with maintenance, IT, PMO, and projects for governance.
• Develops engineering documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Sponsors change processes for asset modifications and new technologies.
• Develops advanced data models, dashboards, and predictive analytics.
• Ensures compliance with RAMS and internal governance.
• Supports contractual KPI reporting with accuracy.
