Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Rolling Stock Senior Engineer to act as the technical authority for Dubai Metro assets, driving asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle integrity across rolling stock and depots.

You will lead complex asset improvement programs, sponsor change management, and provide governance for stock modifications and system upgrades in line with safety standards and international railway practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum years in system engineering role in rolling stock/depots.
• Experience in RAMS, FRB, Change Management and asset plans.
• Ability to develop and interpret large data sets and dashboards.
• Strong presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives engineering strategies aligned with long-term objectives.
• Leads asset improvement programs and technical investigations.
• Sponsor change management for asset modifications and new technologies.
• Develops data models, dashboards, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, FRACAS, and ISO standards.
