Job summary

KEOLIS limited in Dubai is seeking a skilled Rolling Stock Maintenance Technician to assist the Team Leader in preventive and corrective maintenance on passenger service vehicles, support vehicles, shunting wagons and related rolling stock. You will participate in routine inspections, minor repairs and the upkeep of maintenance records.

Role requires working knowledge of electromechanical systems, testing instruments, and the ability to follow tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in shunting and driving engineering vehicles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of rolling stock components and maintenance procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Rolling Stock Team Leader in preventive and corrective maintenance on rolling stock and support vehicles.
• Carry out routine inspections, check parts for defects, replace consumables and perform minor repairs.
• Manage safe system of works and meet maintenance schedules.
