ADGM Academy is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships & Business Development professional to drive growth across wealth management and asset education programs. The role will build strategic relationships with financial services, government entities, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and universities.
You will expand programs regionally in the GCC, support enrolments and sponsorships, and track revenue performance while maintaining a robust CRM pipeline.
Summary: We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships & Business Development professional to drive the growth of the Wealth Management and Asset Institute (WMAI). The role will build strategic relationships across the financial services, government, sovereign wealth, family office, and education sectors, while supporting program growth, regional expansion, and revenue generation.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, government entities, and educational institutions.
Build relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
Drive business development, program enrolment, sponsorship, and revenue opportunities.
Develop and promote executive education programs in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.
Identify opportunities for customized programs and strategic collaborations.
Support GCC expansion initiatives across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
Conduct market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities across the wealth and asset management sector.
Manage key client relationships and maintain an effective CRM pipeline.
Track business development KPIs, revenue performance, and partnership outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, client relationship management, or a related field.
Experience in financial services, wealth/asset management, executive education, or professional development.
Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Good understanding of the GCC financial and business landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and commercial skills.
This role is with ADGM Academy on outsourced contract role (annual renewable contract).
