Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new pastry creations and menu planning.

• Follow daily orders and contribute to costing and planning of menus.
• Ensure hygienic kitchen practices and equipment cleanliness.
• Plan for future staffing needs and assist in recruitment following guidelines.
• Provide training and feedback to staff and support performance discussions.
