Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3–5 years pastry kitchen or bakery experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, baking, decoration and presentation.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Creative and detail-oriented with teamwork and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and present high-quality pastries, desserts and baked goods in line with Jumeirah standards.
• Support daily pastry operations, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, presentation and production.
• Assist with menu development, contributing creative ideas, flavor combinations and new pastry concepts.
• Oversee stock rotation, ingredient availability and quality control while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support and guide the pastry team, ensuring recipes, preparation methods and presentation standards are consistently followed.
