Cognita Schools in Dubai is expanding its Sales Hub and seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to guide prospective families through enquiry to enrolment with a premium, personal experience.

You will work with Admissions, Parent Experience, Marketing and leadership to ensure a seamless journey for families across Asia, including early-morning shifts to cover Singapore hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven sales, business development or admissions experience.
• History of meeting commercial targets.
• Experience in high‑touch customer service.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM.
• Excellent phone presence and follow‑up discipline.
• Strong written communication across email and digital channels.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple families and priorities.
• Comfort engaging international families.
• Willingness to start early to cover Asia hours.

Responsabilités

• Own the journey for prospective families from enquiry to enrolment.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Qualify families by relocation plans and needs.
• Hold consultative sales conversations that communicate each school's value.
• Follow-up diligently to move opportunities.
• Meet enrolment, conversion and activity targets.
• Coordinate with school teams for tours and admissions activity.
• Share insights with schools and Marketing to improve Asia sales hub.
