Job summary

Prismark Steel in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Sales Manager (Cut & Bend Steel Rebar) to drive growth with developers, contractors and consultants across the UAE. You will lead business development, oversee quotes and contracts, and manage a sales team to achieve targets.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, a proven sales track record in steel/rebar, and strong leadership and negotiation skills. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Steel / Rebar Sales & Manufacturing / Construction Materials industries.
• Proven track record in steel products or rebar sales.
• Strong knowledge of cut & bend processes and ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• UAE market experience and client network preferred.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
