Job summary

Launch Tech CO.,Ltd in the United Arab Emirates seeks a results-driven sales/marketing professional to manage and grow our distributor network across the region.

You will collect market intelligence, plan targeted campaigns to raise brand awareness and market share, conduct product and sales training, visit end-user customers, and report progress to senior management on a regular basis. Arabic language is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in sales or marketing.
• Arabic language required.
• Automotive-related product experience preferred.

• Collect and analyze local market information.
• Responsible for achieving the regional sales target.
• Plan targeted campaigns to maximize brand awareness and market share.
• Visit end-user customers and sub-distributors within region to gain an understanding of the customers/markets.
• Implement end-user pull strategy into key market sectors
• Carry out product training and sales training.
• Carry out demo validation trials to distributors and end users.
• Report to senior management at regular intervals on all aspects of the assigned territory.

Job requirements

• 4. Highly motivated to succeed, grow and develop.
