Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive Masimo’s non-invasive monitoring solutions in hospitals and health systems within Dubai. The role reports to the Area Vice President and is a remote position in the Dubai region.

You will develop territory plans, establish clinical support through presentations and demonstrations, and manage account strategies to meet quarterly targets. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of documented success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to multiple decision makers.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly territory business plans identifying and qualifying Masimo customers and expanding sales with existing clients.
• Establish clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, literature reviews, executive meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Develop, administer, monitor and report on account sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales objectives.

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for selling Masimo’s suite of non-invasive monitoring solutions to hospitals and health systems within an assigned area.

This position reports to the Area, Vice President and is part of the Sales team located in Dubai and will be an remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and execute quarterly territory business plans including the efficient identification and qualification of new Masimo customers, as well as increasing sales penetration in existing customers;
• Establish clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, review of scientific literature, executive meetings, and product demonstrations and evaluations;
• Develop, administer, monitor and report on specific account sales strategies, in order to achieve quarterly sales objectives

The essential requirements of the job include :

• Three or more years of documented success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably with products sold in the Operating Room;
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills;
• Effective presentation skills with ability to articulate complex and key concepts to multiple types of decision makers;
• Highly organized with both a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize;
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
