Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our EPC project team in the UAE, supporting large-scale Oil & Gas and industrial developments. The role focuses on safe, efficient delivery in line with project specifications and IFC drawings.

You will supervise architectural construction activities, coordinate with multi-discipline teams, and ensure compliance with international codes and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in architectural engineering, preferably within Oil & Gas or industrial EPC projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of international codes, standards, and specifications.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day architectural construction activities for industrial buildings, including layouts, envelopes, cladding systems, and finishes.
• Ensure all works comply with approved IFC drawings, method statements, schedules, and international codes.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, engineering, QA/QC, and construction teams to resolve design and site challenges.
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, materials, and tools to ensure quality, productivity, and timely execution.
• Enforce HSE requirements and company construction procedures at all times.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or deviations, and report to senior supervision.
• Support inspections, quality audits, and final handover activities.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and architectural construction records.

We are seeking a highly experienced Architectural Engineer to join our EPC project team supporting large-scale Oil & Gas and industrial developments. This role is critical in ensuring architectural and building works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications, approved IFC drawings, and international standards.

YOUR ROLE

As a Architectural Engineer you will:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in architectural engineering, preferably within Oil & Gas or industrial EPC projects
• Strong experience with industrial facilities such as process buildings, control rooms, substations, workshops, and warehouses

Education / Training / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Solid knowledge of international codes, standards, and specifications
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding project schedules
