Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking a QC Civil Inspector to join our EPC oil and gas project team in the UAE. You will ensure civil works comply with project specs, drawings, ITPs, and QA/QC procedures.

The role requires 5+ years in QC inspection on major EPC oil & gas projects, with Diploma/Bachelor in Civil Engineering and relevant certifications considered an advantage. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and inspectors and witness tests while maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in QC inspection within EPC oil & gas projects.
• Experience in major projects (refineries, pipelines, petrochemical plants) preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• CSWIP, ISO 9001 or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, and underground services.
• Ensure construction activities align with approved drawings, ITPs, and method statements.
• Review and verify material approvals, test reports, and inspection records.
• Witness site tests and maintain documentation.
• Raise NCRs and monitor corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and third-party inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ASTM, BS, ACI).
• Maintain quality records and support audits and client inspections.

YOUR ROLE

As a QC Inspector (Civil) you will

• Maintain quality records and support audits and client inspections
