Job summary

Ontime Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Architect to lead design concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and coordinate with consultants and contractors from the initial design stage through execution and completion.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, a solid grasp of UAE regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts, and space planning.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, detailed, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout design and construction.
• Prepare drawings for UAE authorities submissions and approvals.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with MEP/structural teams.
• Conduct site visits and support construction with architectural input.
